Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 due because of an injury. He has been replaced with Harshit Rana named to play the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
This is not the first ICC event that Bumrah will be missing due to injury. The fast bowler was also sidelined for the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia after undergoing back surgery.
“Bumrah was asked to off-load for five weeks after which his rehabilitation at NCA happened under strength & conditioning trainer Rajnikanth and physio Thulasi,” a top BCCI source told the media on conditions of anonymity
